ADIA KIM (Doyeon Kim) is an artist who is actively engaged in painting, ceramics, painting murals, ceramic wall paintings, sculptures, and exhibitions on the theme of the spread of happiness energy, expansion through convergence, and the power of positive energy.
I want to become an artist who communicates with the world through works and spreads beneficial energy to the world. Looking at the positive changes in life of those who have come across my work gives me powerful energy. I am happy because I can feel the energy exchange with many people through my work. In the future,
I would like to work around the world and feel the energy of my work spread widely with happiness.

“Energy generation”, ADIA KIM
The paintings represent behaviors of energy. Behind the scenes, energy has active control over cycles of creation and dissipation, expansion and congregation. “Energy generation” expresses the bursting expansion and contraction, amplifying viewer’s aspirations to potentially make them come true. Although each canvas may stand as an individual artifact representing an independent origin of energy, when all the pieces are together, they collaborate to create a larger painting with synergetic effect where one plus one is not just two but four or even eight. Specially, humans seem to be apart from objects, other humans, the world, and galaxies. However, everything is connected with energy as a common factor. This is not just actional concept created by an artist but a universal truth. This truth inspires my artistic creations.

에너지는 세상 모든 것의 배후에서 생성과 소멸, 팽창과 수렴을 반복하며 생명과 사물들을 역동적으로 움직입니다. 생성에너지는 그 에너지의 폭발적인 팽창과 끌어당김을 표현한 작품이며 이 작품을 관람하는 사람들의 마음속 열망과 바램을 이루어 주는 힘을 담고 있습니다. 분할된 각각의 작품은 그 자체로 하나의 작품으로 연결되며 시너지효과를 만들어냅니다. 에너지의 세계에서 하나 더하기 하나는 둘이 아니라 넷이 되고 여덟이 될 수 있기 때문입니다. 사람과 사물, 사람과 사람, 사람과 세상, 사람과 우주가 겉으로는 분리되어 보이지만 에너지로는 모두가 하나로 연결되어 있음을 작품을 통해 표현하고 있습니다. 이것은 주관적으로 만들어 낸 작품세계가 아니라 이 우주의 진실입니다. 이 진실이 작품을 창조해내는 나의 원동력입니다.
